Born in England, Gary had a career in law enforcement serving as a Police Officer in Manchester, UK. Upon retiring from the Police, he took over the family metal fabrication business as the third generation, leading the company to higher levels of success that required moving into larger premises, Soon outgrowing this building Gary moved again to a far bigger, brand new industrial unit. Shortly after, he founded a successful powder coating company to complement the fabrication services, driven by his dedication to outstanding customer service.

In 2013, Gary and his family relocated to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, to begin a new chapter. Inspired by Becky’s success in real estate, he joined her as a Transaction Coordinator for two years. As the business grew, he obtained his own real estate license and built a very strong knowledge of the Real Estate Technology and Marketing Platforms including Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Forbes Global Properties.

Gary now brings all of those skills to the Kozlow Hartley Group in his position as Marketing and Technology Manager!
