In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, John is also a licensed Home Improvement Contractor and Property Manager with over 20 years of experience in the industry. John began his real estate career in the property maintenance and management field 20 years ago, managing a 5th Avenue co-op in the Flatiron District. John went to union trade school and learned the dynamics of construction and property management. He began his own contracting business in 1996 and has since completed millions of dollars in renovation work to both commercial and residential properties. John is also currently the Resident Manager of a 113 unit luxury condominium in the Murray Hill district where he is in charge of day to day operations. John is looking forward to continuing his successful real estate career by helping his clients make well informed decisions regarding their property transactions.
