His ability to converse in three languages - English, Spanish, and Russian helps him to attend various clients' needs and communicate at ease.

He has previously worked in hospitality, sales, and training of pro tennis athletes, which all led him to his final conclusion of working in real estate sales. Real estate is his final destination and building long-lasting relationships with clients is his priority. He loves meeting and attending clients' needs, whether it is renting, buying, or selling.

When not helping clients, Nikolay is a tennis enthusiast who played on a Division I Tennis team and trained in a professional academy in Spain. He also enjoys socializing, wine, and exploring his favorite city ? New York!
