Jennifer was born and raised in New York City. She has her undergraduate degree in Marketing and a Masters in Managerial Analytics; she has always loved math and everything that deals with numbers! Her love and passion for real estate came at a young age, having watched her grandparents purchase land and property in Haiti, which they in turn used to provide affordable housing and job opportunities in the community.

Jennifer has her clients? best interest at heart, from the very beginning stages of looking at properties until they get the keys to their forever home. Homeownership is an investment and a huge milestone in life and Jennifer loves guiding her clients through the ins and outs of it, ensuring a seamless transaction while protecting her clients and providing excellent service.

Her dream of following in her grandparents? footsteps and one day building a community of affordable housing in Haiti is an incredible source of inspiration for her, one that has led Jennifer to found a private nonprofit named S.E.P.T Foundation (Sept translates to 7 in Creole). Founded by seven Haitian women, its mission is to improve quality of life in Haiti while supporting local businesses and promoting economic development.

When not working, Jennifer?s hobbies include traveling to different countries, binge watching new shows or movies, and trying new restaurants.
