Karl Fong Yee

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, with deep roots in Venezuela and Jamaica, Karl Fong Yee is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. A passionate sports enthusiast, he loves basketball while also embracing continuos learning and staying active. His appreciation for music, dance, art, planting, and meditation reflects his well-rounded personality. Committed to personal growth, family, and business, Karl’s mission is to lead, inspire, and positively impact others through his work ethic and life experiences. 

Since July 2022, Karl has been the Founder and Principal of Advyzors with The Keyes Company, Florida’s #1 independent brokerage since 1926. Advyzors is more than a real estate group—it’s about trust, value, and doing what’s right for people. The team prioritizes relationships over transactions, offering real solutions, knowledge, and an exceptional client experience. Rather than focusing on self-promotion, they believe that success is earned through integrity, expertise, and genuine care. Their mission is simple: help clients live in the space they dream of.

Before launching Advyzors, Karl served as Director of Operations at The Riley Smith Group (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty) from 2016, overseeing recruitment, sales training, financial organization, and transaction improvements. Previously, he spent 10 years at Regions Bank, rising from Teller to Assistant Vice President/Branch Manager. Under his leadership, his branch became a top 10% performer and earned Chairman’s Club status for five consecutive years. He was also selected for Regions' Young Professional & Emerging Leaders Program, enhancing his leadership and development skills.

Karl remains deeply involved in the community, winning the Golden Coconut Award (2016) for “Up & Comer of the Year” as a Coconut Grove Chamber member and serving as Co-Director of Education for NAHREP SFL in 2022. In 2018, he founded KAFY Limitless Minds, now SERVN, an organization committed to giving back through collaboration and philanthropy.
