My name is Stefanie Giese, I came from a diverse background,  born in Wiesbaden, Germany and raised in Lima, Peru moving to Miami over 25 years ago and calling the Brickell area home for most of that time after having lived for several years in South Beach.  As a resident of Miami I have a deep understanding of the area, the neighborhoods and the local market having experienced life as both a condo and home owner.

As a mother, I understand the importance of providing support and guidance to her children as they navigate life's milestones. I am proud to say that my daughter is now embarking on her own journey as she begins her college education. My role as a mother has deepened my empathy and understanding of the needs and concerns of other families. 

Having worked in hotel management in Peru, as well as in the event planning industry when I came to Miami, my experience in management has taught me the importance of attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once. My background in event planning has allowed me to travel to different places and gain a unique perspective on the world and take advantage of my fluency in English and Spanish.
